‍Malta, 3rd July 2023: Glitnor Group would like to comment following the recent fine issued by the FIAU on the 26th of June 2023, we would like to stress that the inspection took place in 2019 (approx. 4 years ago) shortly after acquiring the platform and player base from its white label partner and approximately 6 months after approval for a MGA License.

Furthermore, since the FIAU audit in 2019, Glitnor Group has voluntarily undertaken (2) two external audits in 2021 and 2022 and will further undertake another audit in October 2023. These audits are conducted by https://arqgroup.com/. We believe that with such audits we further confirm that Glitnor Group is in a continuous compliant position should any further audits arise.

Moreover, after a review of the FIAU findings Glitnor Group and its Legal advisors will be exercising its right to appeal.
