Glitnor is delighted to announce the appointment of Claudia Ginex as our new People Director.

Claudia will take on the crucial role of leading the People Operational Team as Glitnor embarks upon its next phase of growth and development.  Reporting to Cathryn McGinty, Glitnor Group Chief People Officer, Claudia will play a key role in supporting the People agenda across the business and be intrinsic to the company’s evolution and advancement.

Claudia joins the Group from GiG where she spent a total of seven years, the final four as Chief People Officer. Here, leading the M&A and People strategies, she worked directly with and in support of the recently appointed Glitnor CEO, Richard Brown. Claudia’s role as People Director will be broad and influential, partnering with both the B2B and B2C leadership teams on people matters and bringing a particular focus on Learning and Development. Claudia deeply believes that people are the integral pillar of any successful organization and was attracted to Glitnor as a business whose ethos matched her own.
